Sponsorship Agreement Form

This agreement is 12 months in length.
Benefits may be split between productions when there are 2 productions during the 12 month period.
In the event that Leongatha Lyric Theatre (LLT) are not able to deliver the full sponsorship package, this agreement will be extended a further period of time in which the sponsorship package is fully delivered.
Upon accepting the Sponsorship Package, an invoice will be generated using information provided by business.
Payment should be made within 14 days of invoice being received.
This agreement shall remain in place for the length of time noted above unless withdrawn by business in writing prior to end date.
