Leongatha Lyric Theatre are thrilled to present the July 2025 production of 'FOOTLOOSE'

Footloose is a dance-filled, favourite musical based on the 1984 film of the same name. It was adapted for stage by Dean Pitchford and Walter Bobbie and includes classics such as 'Footloose' by Kenny Loggins, 'Holding Out For A Hero' by Bonnie Tyler and 'Let's Hear For The Boy' by Deniece Williams.
This well-known story of Ren, a dance-loving teenager, who moves to a new town where dancing and rock and roll music is preached as being evil. His rebellious nature leads to some challenges for the town and its people.
